We have at least two options:
- Meetings when needed or scheduled.
- All decisions are made in Teams or local networks. Team formation as ad hoc process.
- We have Teams, members come from all over Finland. All Teams have a specific agenda such as Program Team, Communication Team, etc.
- MNFI is more like a umbrella without any specific task. More like a name under which all local networks can join (or not)..
- Local MeeGo Networks do exactly what they want.
- Has a lead/advocate person, elected/nominated by the community.
- Generally represents community, point-of-contact (ofc all local networks can do pretty much what they want)
- Regular meetings (like Ubuntu LoCos do), every second week or so.
- Issues are discussed in meetings.
- Community related decisions are made in community meetings.
- Decision-making in Local networks: use whatever suites them.
- We have Teams, members come from all over Finland. All Teams have a specific agenda such as Program Team, Communication Team, etc.
- Team 'leads' are nominated/decided is community meetings.
- Local MeeGo networks manage/decide/etc all their activities and events unless it's somehow related to the whole community.
