General News
- Nokia new strategy reflections to MeeGo is not yet clear
- Nokia MeeGo leadership team will decide (hopefully soon) what will be the Nokia contribution to MeeGo
- Until the upcoming decision all tasks are continuing normally - also Toolchain Project
- Juha Kallioinen has been nominated to lead the MeeGo Toolchain Project. Jarmo was only the temporary solution to lead the project in its start. Juha's nomination has been approved in MeeGo SDK Weekly meeting on Feb-16.

- No big issues for 1.2. IA was just in lowlight maintain stage
- We will have one new employee (lady) on board at the end of Feb and will delicately work toolchain related working.
- Proposal update for 1.3:
* gcc to 4.5.2 (or 4.5.2 depends on the schedule
* binutils 2.21
* glibc 2.13
ARM
- "armv8el" scheduler is now up and running on build.meego.com
- Next steps to be done (Anas Nasif to take care):
* Set up linkpac in Trunk
* Add in prjconf in relevant places
* Enable Trunk armv8el scheduler
* Disable all builds of armv8el
* Seed Trunk armv8el scheduler (/build/Trunk/standard/armv8el) with contents from devel:hardfp:prep:Trunk armv7el scheduler
* Enable builds for: glibc-arm | glibc-devel-arm | glibc-headers-arm | kernel-headers-arm
* Switch cross_7h to 1 - if there's "unresolved" errors, we may need to trigger a rebuild on all *-x86 packages, to force an export into armv8el side
