MeeBot IRC bot

• w00t/Robin Burchell (irc experience, etc)

Purpose of bot:

• Meeting bot in #meego-meeting
• Public logging of all #meego* IRC channels
• Metrics input

Software:

• Supybot
• MeetBot (supybot plugin)
• irc2html

Requirements:

• One shell account.
• CGI-BIN access for python script (IRC logs search)
• Directory accessible through http (a public_html, logs.meego.com meetings.meego.com?)
• SSH shell access (non-root) for running IRC bot.
• Software system requirements (python modules, etc)
• Cron access for logs processing, metrics, etc.

MeeGoBot IRC bot

Team for setup and maintaining:

• dm8tbr/Thomas B. Rücker

Purpose of bot:

• Bug bot in #meego, #meego-arm, #meego-bugs, #meego-qa-tools, #meego-sdk
• other mozbot modules available upon request

Software:

• Mozbot

Requirements:

• One shell account.
• SSH shell access (non-root) for running IRC bot.
• Software system requirements (perl, etc)

This bot is currently running on dm8tbr's private server.
