Handset Bugs Fixed by Tablet UX Integration

• https://bugs.meego.com/show_bug.cgi?id=14755 - Wallpaper modification.
• https://bugs.meego.com/show_bug.cgi?id=8108 - Sound settings.
• Cellular data has working UI in Tablet UX.

Other Bugs Affected by Tablet UX Integration

• Rotation is 90 degrees off on N900
• runs out of memory after launching a couple of apps
