How to setup an Build Service locally for testing

The software driving the openSUSE Build Service (OBS) is available for different distributions. Take the packages suitable for your distribution of choice hosted at the openSUSE Build Service instance:

• 1.7.x (current version)
• 1.8rc3 ('MeeGo' release)
