The "Apps" process is one of developers having individual repositories for building/testing their apps; and once at a stable enough quality promoting them to a shared Apps-testing repository. Once the MeeGo Apps/QA process has been followed, the packages will be promoted to the Apps repo.
However, whilst that process gets worked out, developers may want to assist in testing each others' software.
The following lines should be added to /etc/apt/sources.list.d in a file called nick.list. You can browse the packages in each one by visiting it in a web browser and looking in all and armel:
