Reason for the meeting

We need to see what services MeeGo.com needs to run, to be a good home to the MeeGo community. To get the ball rolling we need to see who can do what.

The outcome of this meeting should be an ordered list of things that need to be done to the site and an understanding who can and will do those things.

Topics to be covered

  • Access to the site: who can do what
  • What services are to be run:
    • What is the overall set of services
    • What are the basic assumptions (SSO, ...)
    • What should it look like from an architecture point of view
    • How to make it future-proof
    • What is the priority order for things
  • Service administration: who has the right to do what
  • Bugzilla: what does it contain, which products, components and so forth
  • Wiki: access, structure and gardeners
  • Planet/Blogs: How to do the aggregation
  • Bulletin board: what, how and what is the relation to talk.maemo.org
  • The OBS build infra, is there a direct link to the site
  • Repositories, there is a working group, but here we need to see what is the relation
  • Other services that are needed
