Team responsibilities
- Help the speakers (hosts for the tracks: 3+1)
- Manage the info desk (4 volunteers),
- Assist in catering. Catering will be delivered as package (lunches, coffees, etc.) from Juvenes.
- Reception/registration (also portal registration development/management).
- Handle videorecording of the sessions and live video broadcast (1 volunteer).
- Handle summit notifications at the venue.
- Arrange hotels for speakers (1 volunteer)
- Babysit the press, divas (yes, there’s always these too) (2 volunteers)
