MeeGo Summit FI 2011 Hosting team

Team Members

Team responsibilities

  • Help the speakers (hosts for the tracks: 3+1)
  • Manage the info desk (4 volunteers),
  • Assist in catering. Catering will be delivered as package (lunches, coffees, etc.) from Juvenes.
  • Reception/registration (also portal registration development/management).
  • Handle videorecording of the sessions and live video broadcast (1 volunteer).
  • Handle summit notifications at the venue.
  • Arrange hotels for speakers (1 volunteer)
  • Babysit the press, divas (yes, there’s always these too) (2 volunteers)
