eg write something about it to wiki and be prepared to present the issue too. 
Issues given 24 hours before meeting are postponed to next meeting.

• Summit site is ready and registration is now open at http://summit.meegonetwork.fi/. Thanks to Heikki and ninnnu for their excellent efforts!

• Webdevs are needed to continue the development of the summit pages and community portal. Please find info/details here.

Community Portal

• We will start community portal development 6th Feb 2011. The initial portal will include just two features:
  • basic data about MNFI and
  • Forum for discussions
  • Initial plan for the portal: http://5w.fi/~kyber/mnfi/Meegonetworkportalplan.pdf

The above plan is just a suggestion. The idea is to use forum as a place to define what kind of services our portal will have. In other words, it can be something different than what the proposal includes. Proposal is there just to get started.
