Meetups are almost certainly different in all the places they are held and there's something to learn from everybody. While you're there share ideas and document them. Also we would love to know what kinds of meetups there are. How they are organised, what happens in them, etc. - this is the original motivation behind the whole tour idea in addition to meeting fellow ameegos.
At least some meetups have presentations on topics surrounding MeeGo. This isn't very likely the case in all the meetups for various reasons. One could be simply that there's not that many MeeGo "experts" available as in some other places so one thing you could done while touring is to give a presentation on your area of expertise in the places you visit. Topics could be anything from Qt coding to general "What is MeeGo" -presentations.
So, feel like travelling and meeting fellow human beings? Why not put together a group of people and go visit MeeGo meetups around the world?
Birmingham England Meetups have currently managed to pull together members from all over the country. It is quite central although meetings are held mid week which causes travel problems.
Other towns with smaller less formal meetups can arrange specific get togethers to suit passing MeeGo members.
