MeeGo Product Management

Communication

• Team uses the meego-pm mailing list for communication.

Process

• Product management team meets once a week in general. Currently the meetings are not public.
• Agenda and action items will be posted to the mailing list.
• Anyone can propose topics to the Product management team agenda (see below).
• Product management topics can and should be discussed on meego-pm mailing list.
• Product management team is responsible of making the decision in case consensus is not reached.

Process Improvement Topics

• How to make the meetings open. Not all the topics can be open but most can be. Examples of non-open parts includes topics which involves IPR, legal, patent, business, product or schedule sensitive material
• Address the missing visibility on roadmapping.
• Please propose and discuss new topics in the email list.

• Calls happen every Wednesday 8AM PST / 6PM EET
• Agenda consists of MeeGo (1.2) Change management topics that are open (see below), and any other issues highlighted.
• Participants are the Team and additional action owners will be invited as needed.
