Dialer application is a basic voice call reference application that uses the Ofono Telephony D-Bus api as it's backend.
Discussion of Dialer development happens in | MeeGo Bugzilla, on the Meego Developer mailing list and on IRC (freenode.org, #meego-handset).
Dialer is an open source reference application for the MeeGo Handset (and soon IVI) devices and is licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0.

OK, upon further research, I found the QtConnectivity Bluetooth modules. I've also discovered we've got the bluetooth-qt library maintained my Kevron Rees. Dialer currently has locally generated DBus interfaces for the oFono APIs based on one time (and rarely updated) XML output from DBus introspections. There is now a public and maintained Qt API for oFono, called ofono-qt (libofono-qt) and Dialer should be using this instead for API consistency and synchronization with upstream oFono changes.
