Key Messages
- Highlight(Bug cleanup):
- The number of RELEASED bugs is dropping as QA continues on bug verification. More than 60 bugs have been verified last week, and so far there are 38(16->38) RELEASED bugs tagged with keyword "Verification-pending", indicating that QA is unable to verify it and need some help/confirmation from bug reporter. Thanks all the contributors! Now 183(328->250->183) RELEASED bugs in OS Base/Middleware with version=1.2: https://bugs.meego.com/buglist.cgi?classification=MeeGo%20Platform&query_format=advanced&bug_status=RELEASED&version=1.2&product=OS%20Base&product=OS%20Middleware.
- Lowlight(Bug follow up)
- There are 250+ bugs in status NEW, while 210+ of them were filed 2 weeks ago. The ASSIGNED bugs currently are less than 90. Hope owners could review and accept bugs in time.
- Regular activities
- 45(46->45) core bugs were NEW filed last week, while 48(53->48) bugs were FIXED.
- Currently there are 399(414->399) core 1.2 open bugs, including 79(74->79) High. 40(-15) open bugs in 1.3 version. Reduction is partly caused:
- Hardware specific bugs have been moved into a bugzilla product "Hardware Adaptation"
- New filed 1.3 bugs are moved to product "MeeGo Distribution Packages" if identified to package level.
- More than 40 bugs were triaged during last week, still there are 30+ bugs pending triage in OS Base and OS middleware.
