Roles & Responsibilities
- Bugzilla infrastructure maintenance: customization, bug fix, patch review, upgrade etc.
- Participate in and facilitate bug triage process
- Host bug scrub meetings for needed projects
- Generate and publish defects metrics
- Oversee bug tracking process, spot and fix issues exposed in the process
- Facilitate bug life cycle, facilitate bugs to be assigned, fixed, verified timely and smoothly
