The role of RMN is not to manage Local MeeGo Networks. Instead, the role is to enhance, boost and enable cross network co-operation by acting as a loose community/network.
When deciding to create a Regional MeeGo Network (RMN) for your area, you should first decide which particular region you want to create a network for. Before you continue, first check to see if an existing RMN exists. See the full list of active RMNs (above) and look to see if there is one in your area. Secondly, there is no point creating a RMN for one Local MeeGo Network.
If a RMN does not exist already, perhaps it might be needed to create. Check more information
