Bugzilla template for MeeGo SDK bugs

Rationale: the default bugzilla template isn't appropriate for submitting bugs related to MeeGo Platform/Application SDK. It will likely generate more bug triage.

Proposal:

• MeeGo SDK products (Platform and Application) should have a customized bugzilla template, more appropriate for submitting bugs and reducing bug triage work.
• The customized bugzilla template should promote the "Hardware" and "Architecture" combo box usage, both important information in MeeGo SDK scope.
• MeeGo SDK is supporting 3rd party host (Linux distributions, Windows and Mac OSX). The host information is required in the customized bugzilla template.
• Considering it's hard to change fields in home page of bugzilla, we suggest to add 3 new lines in bug template to provide detail information about host arch, host OS and develop environment.
