Status

Intel

  • Intel will run performance/regression tests on gcc 4.5.2 starting next week

ARM

  • Leonid is running performance tests every month on new Linaro toolchain releases

Decisions

  • Austin's proposal about toolchain update from previous meeting for MeeGo 1.3 is basically ok, but we should see if gcc 4.5.3 is ready in time.
  • It's now too late to update the compiler to gcc 4.5.2 or glibc to 2.12 in MeeGo 1.2
  • We should come up with a deadline for toolchain related changes in MeeGo 1.3
  • We should use MeeGo bugzilla to track bugs in the MeeGo toolchain
