Some references from other projects:
I am a fan of projects which do not simply document the acceptable behaviour, but also document potential disciplinary arrangements, such as how someone who has a complaint should procede, who handles complaints, what potential sanctions may be handed down. Documenting this in advance avoids endless discussions related to censorship when problems arise.
