Can anyone help me? I have an HP Pavilion 32bit running windows 7 ultimate. I installed Meego in error and now Id like to uninstall it or have my computer the way it was. Can anyone tell me how to do so??

I downloaded the vlc package for linux, but unpacking the files does not automatically install the program.
I also cannot find the "manage applications" button under applications.
