If the Qt documentation is broken/not completed, install the Qt4 SDK.

Please note that a lot of steps are unnecessary on Ubuntu: infact if you install meego-sdk package you don't need to manually apt-get install all the other packages.

If the Qt documentation is broken/not completed, install the Qt4 SDK.
