Wesley Chong
I'm currently a Mechanical Engineering undergraduate at University Science of Malaysia. I'm a part time programmer for websites, web application and applications for Fremantle (aka Maemo 5) and Harmattan. This is the website i use to blog my development progress as well as my finding in a number of linux distribution (Mageia, Fedora and etc)
Programming
I have around 7 years of programming experience for client side web programming language like HTML and CSS and around 5 years of experience for PHP, MySQL, C++. I started learning and using Qt and QML a few months ago and practising it by creating application for Maemo and Meego.
Projects
- JanKenPon - a rock-scissors-paper game for Maemo 5 and also Harmattan (Qt/Qml)
- DNC - Distrowatch News Client which is a distrowatch news reader for Harmattan (Qt/Qml)
- Qonsumer - an application to calculate the unit price of products for Maemo 5 (temporary, Harmattan porting is in progress) (Qt/Qml)
